Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
All electronic devices sold by Ain Innovation Technology Establishment are covered by a two-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty Validity
The warranty is valid only if:
The original purchase invoice is provided and matches the device serial number.
The product is within the applicable warranty period.
Supplier / Vendor Responsibility
Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized supplier or vendor are not the responsibility of Ain Innovation Technology Establishment.
This includes, but is not limited to, the availability of spare parts, repair duration, and service quality.
Customers must contact the supplier or vendor directly for any claims, complaints, or warranty-related services.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers maintenance services and replacement of defective parts in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and the officially approved pricing policies.
Manufacturing Defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect or product malfunction, the product will be repaired.
If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced or fully refunded.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
Software-related issues resulting from:
Modification of system settings
Deletion or reinstallation of camera mobile applications
Change of mobile device
Loss of account credentials or passwords
Retrieval or extraction of video recordings from recording devices. This service may be provided for an additional fee upon request.
Damage or malfunction caused by:
Misuse or improper use
Failure to follow operating instructions
Negligence or accidents
Maintenance not performed according to manufacturer recommendations
Prolonged lack of maintenance leading to difficulty in restoring the product to working condition
Any product with altered, removed, tampered, or missing serial numbers.

Ain Innovation Technology Establishment reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice
